Healthy Eating Minnesota
To increase healthy eating, Prevention Minnesota is using a
comprehensive approach that includes a range of strategies. Not only do
we work at the individual level to improve eating habits, we're also
working to create broader, sustainable changes in schools,
neighborhoods and worksites to increase access to healthy foods for all
Minnesotans. Naturally, we have an easier time choosing (and
eating) fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods if they are readily
available and affordable in the places where we spend our time.
Prevention Minnesota's blend of strategies to tackle obesity and
